Add your order will be shipped out within 1 working day if the items are available in stock.

If the items are not available, we will send you an email within 1 working day with the estimated waiting time. Waiting time is approximate and it depends on the availability of our suppliers.


For all the customers that live outside the European Union, taxes are not included in the price. For this reason you may be asked to pay the corresponding duties when the sunglasses reach your Country. Duties depend on the Customs of your country and not on Otticanet while they are on the recipient's charge.our tab content here.

We want to make sure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase.
If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your order, you may return your UNUSED article within thirty (30) days from the delivery date.

The article you wish to return:

- can be sent back to us only after you have received your 'return for inspection number' (RFI) that must be requested by completing and submittig the online return form.
- must be sent back within 10 days from the date we accept the request for return.
- must be unused, clean and not damaged.
- must be returned complete of all of its parts and accessories.
- must be sent in its original packaging.
- the shipment must be notified the same day you will send back the item by confirming the tracking number, if possible.

If all the above mentioned conditions are satisfied, we will refund you the cost of the product, excluding shipping costs and import taxes. On the contrary, the return will not be accepted.

All shipping costs are on the customer's charge. There are no restocking fees.

Prescription lenses are not refundable if the frame is returned. However, if a change of the colour of the frame is needed, the lenses will be adapted to the new frame of the same size.
